Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and tkpk5 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing the tkpk5 website, or using any of the services offered on this platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and tkpk5. We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for future reference. These Terms are provided in English, which is the governing language of this agreement.

Player Eligibility

To register and use tkpk5, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tkpk5 is strictly a platform for adults. Minors are absolutely prohibited from registering or using this platform in any capacity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information during registration and keep this information up to date at all times.
• You must not hold more than one active account on tkpk5. Multiple accounts by the same player are a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be currently subject to any voluntary or platform-imposed self-exclusion. Players under self-exclusion who attempt to register or play will have their accounts closed and funds returned less any applicable administration fees.

tkpk5 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any player's eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one account on tkpk5. When registering, you are required to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, and accurate personal details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your tkpk5 account and must not share your login credentials with any third party. tkpk5 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately.
• tkpk5 conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as required. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. KYC is required before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• tkpk5 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

In the event of account closure by tkpk5 due to a breach, any pending bonus amounts, unmet wagering requirement balances or winnings derived from fraudulent activity may be forfeited at tkpk5's sole discretion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

tkpk5 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all payment transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. tkpk5 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts may be returned and the associated player account suspended.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. tkpk5 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of identity verification procedures.
• tkpk5 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, time of day, and KYC status of the account. tkpk5 does not guarantee same-day processing for all withdrawal requests.

tkpk5 may conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawals or unusual transaction patterns in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation in such circumstances.

Bonuses & Promotions

tkpk5 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated in the offer's specific terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. tkpk5 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage or exploitation of software errors is detected.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address and per payment method. Any attempt to claim multiple welcome bonuses through different accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire within the timeframe specified in the offer terms. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated. Winnings from free spins are subject to the stated wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• tkpk5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect the completion of any active bonus that is already in progress for a player.

Bonuses credited to your account do not constitute real-money funds until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. tkpk5 is not obligated to extend the validity period of any bonus under any circumstances.

Responsible Gaming

tkpk5 is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately for any reduction and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for any increase.
• Cool-off periods: Players may request a temporary break from gaming of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the player's account remains open but no deposits or gameplay are permitted.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop gaming for an extended period may request self-exclusion for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Players may activate session time reminders that notify them at set intervals during a gaming session, helping maintain awareness of time and expenditure.

If you believe that your gaming is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available on tkpk5 or to contact our support team directly for assistance. Gaming at tkpk5 is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkpk5. Any player found to be engaged in any of the following will have their account immediately suspended and may be subject to legal action:

• Fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or any attempt to deceive tkpk5 or its payment partners.
• Money laundering or any activity that tkpk5 has reasonable grounds to believe constitutes an attempt to use the platform for illicit financial purposes.
• Collusion between players, including the sharing of account access, coordinating bets, or any form of chip-dumping in live casino or poker games.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a system error will be voided.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts or any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account, including the sharing of login credentials.

tkpk5 employs fraud detection and monitoring systems that operate continuously. Where prohibited activity is detected, tkpk5 may freeze account funds while an investigation is conducted. The outcome of any investigation is final and binding on the player.

Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the tkpk5 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of tkpk5 or its licensed content providers. This includes, without limitation, all game content supplied by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi and other certified game providers. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of any tkpk5 content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tkpk5 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall tkpk5, its directors, employees, partners or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions. tkpk5's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

tkpk5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 7, provision of false registration information, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software or automation tools.
• A request by the player for self-exclusion or account closure, or a determination by tkpk5 that continued platform access is not in the player's best interests under our responsible gaming obligations.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not due to a breach), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, less any applicable processing fees, within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and any wagering-requirement-locked funds will not be returned upon voluntary closure.

Amendments to These Terms

tkpk5 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they could affect a player's rights or obligations in a significant way — tkpk5 will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and, where practicable, notifying registered players directly. The date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last revised.

Your continued use of tkpk5 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms. tkpk5 recommends that players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
